The stay here was really nice, loved the hotel, it was clean with excellent location just off the boardwalk, the ocean and the waterfront and wharf. They had a continental breakfast that included toast, milk and hot waffles. All the staff was welcoming, fixed my issues.

Clean hotel, I liked amazing staff and location. The room was huge with 3 queen beds and had central heating, a fridge and an electronic key card. The breakfast had variety of options, toast, milk and hot waffles.

I loved the beds, they were comfy, and how accommodating the staff was. Toast, milk and hot waffles were great.

Beautiful location for visiting Santa Cruz, it's short walk to the beach and the Santa Cruz boardwalk and beach area.

It was surely a restful stay. I appreciated the swimming pool and phenomenal staff. Absolutely fabulous view, a cosy balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. The restaurant was pleasant, I ordered awesome dishes. Nice garden and incredible pool.

Location was particularly good, I loved cheap rooms and accommodating staff.

Romantic hotel, top location and honest staff. Welcoming, unique rooms and marble bathrooms. Loved the packed breakfast, especially eggs, cereal, slices of fresh bread, muffins and pancakes. Restaurant in property was nice and the pool area was well-maintained.

There was an awesome restaurant and a HUMBLE staff. Breakfast was savoury and abundant, reasonably priced. Swimming pool onsite and local beach nearby.

The room is attractive & simple location is good for celebrating anniversary. It has both fast and genuine staff.

Lobby was fine. Themed, scenic room with double beds as well as a balcony. Good and tasty meals. Thanks for an outstanding experience, I would be happy to recommend it.

Location is enjoyable and I liked relaxing rooms and elegant staff. Extraordinary breakfast, efficient service. A secluded beach, charming view.

Everything was spotless and lovely. Location so close to downtown area, the pier and the beach. Also, a landmark bayside pier was within walking distance.

Well, the views were dull here.

Big, well priced rooms, perfect position. Westside Santa Cruz district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

It was a quite comfortable experience overall. Fine rooms in a central location. All in all everything was so good, however we had terrible bathroom. The area was beach.

Everything in this hotel was excellent: picturesque location and reasonably good staff. We loved our elegant room and lovely beds. The breakfast was awesome, the food was delicious, fresh bread, sausages, eggs, hot waffles and muffins available. Gorgeous design, amazing service in the entire property. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was unforgettable.

Upgraded hotel with budget rooms and a SUPERB location. The breakfast had variety of food, like coffee, hardboiled eggs, toast, milk and tea. I liked extremely really comfortable bed in the room. The staff was loyal in any situation. Late check out too.

A low cost place, we loved its absolutely perfect location. The room was delightful and cozy and the bathroom was luxurious. Especially good views.

Magnificent location; incredibly beautiful view from the room; kind staff. They made my stay lovely! Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

I liked the original interior and the free wifi. Very polite housekeeping staff members. My king room and bed where fine. This was my second decent stay here and I would come here again...

The hotel had nice stuff and location. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to el hermoso mar, located next to the property. We enjoyed the way our queen room was. We recommend this property.

This hotel was perfect place for exploring Santa Cruz, appreciated it. We found cable channels, a coffeemaker and an electronic key card in the queen room. In addition, free WiFi was a plus.

Our bed was uncomfortable.
